The alternator is the main source of electricity for traditional fuel vehicles and is linked with the engine. During normal operation, the engine is driven to supply power to all other electrical equipment and to charge the battery. The basic structure of the alternator includes a stator, a rotor, a regulator and a rectifier. During operation, the rotor is driven by the engine to rotate, and the stator winding generates an induced current, which is converted into a DC output after passing through the internal rectifier bridge, and is supplied to the DC equipment in the car.
